What happens when there is inclement weather?
To ensure the safety of our guests and employees…
- Before you purchase your ticket, be knowledgeable about the weather forecast for that day.
- Karst Beach will be open during periods of rain.
- Karst Beach will close in the event of thunder and/or lightning, high winds, hail or heavy rain. Hearing thunder starts the closure clock for another 30 minutes. The beach will reopen again when we deem it is safe.
- We do not give refunds for inclement weather. We encourage you and your family and friends to wait out the storm and enjoy the rest of your day with us.
